SMIND’s main aim is to actively participate in Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) as a leading IT & Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services Provider specializing in the field of Tech Support, Technology Infrastructure and Project Management. SMIND will be establishing its IT Outsourcing Facility in the vicinity of Malaysia’s Technology Nexus- Integrated Cybercities - that provides technology companies with state-of-the-art infrastructure, and nurturing policies via the MSC’s Bill of Guarantees. Malaysia, with its strategic location at the epicenter of the South East Asia Region, will provide SMIND with tremendous off-shoring advantages in terms of costing, location, communication, solid infrastructure and the availability of skilled technical experts.

SMIND is determined to forge further growth and strengthen its competitiveness by focusing on niche competencies in the areas of IT & KP Outsourcing, and placing a heavier emphasis on the development of Knowledge Services.
